Julie Rosen concentrates her practice on matters relating to land use, transportation, energy, hazardous and solid waste, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Rosen has experience in general criminal and civil litigation, having served as law clerk to the Honorable Anne Mansfield, a state district court judge in Denver. Ms. Rosen's experience also includes policy work prior to law school as a lobbyist for the State of Arizona's fish and wildlife regulatory agency and during law school as a law clerk for the White House Council on Environmental Quality in Washington, D.C.
